Call time: 4pm at Creative Arts 153 (Paul & Alberto will be doing pick ups)
- Geoff - make sure the room is open
- Decorations: Skye & Animation Club
- Set up Tables: 4 (3 for food, 1 for swag & Animation DVDs)
- Get food prepped - cut bagels, baguettes, etc.; setup up food & drink
- Will Call: Geoff & Evan
Reception
- Lay out food around 6:15pm
- Alberto - bartender
- Paul - food maintenance
- Start putting food away at 7:15pm and moving people to the auditorium
- Clean up: Britney, Alberto & Nicole + volunteers: 7:15-7:30pm
Awards & Film Event
- Doors open at 7pm
- Ushers/Ticket Takers: Chris & Haroon + 2 volunteers; distribute programs
- MC: Skye & Paul, prize giveaway begins at 7:15pm
